Exercises is the most important part of fitness and health. It can benefit us with a lot of things like boosting of stamina, feeling fresh etc. In fact it helps us feel light and happy. Especially when it is performed early in the morning it gets more helpful for us and our health. We also come close towards the Mother Nature.
