4 - flood is a disaster and can anybody have any further information to stop getting loss of property and lives?
5 - can't government send more availability of help?
6 - can anybody believe that any person is going house to house for getting money for the people affected by the flood?

1. Is the victim safe physically, without any injuries or life-threatening conditions to be taken care immediately?
2. Basic personal details like name, location, family details
3. Is the victim alone or with the family?
4. Is he emotionally stable?
5. What was the extent of losses for the victim and damage in their area?
6. How was he rescued and by whom?
7. Were they given flood warnings by the government agencies before the flood? Did they follow or not follow them?
8. When did they reach the relief camp and are they taken care of well at the relief camp?
9. What would be the basic needs needed to return back to their normal life once the water recedes?
10. What do they expect from the government during such disasters in the future?"
