The marriage reception which I had attended last was held at IMA Hall in Ernakulam. The reception started by 7pm in evening. As it was my friend’s sister’s marriage reception, I was accompanied by my friends. The marriage was in the same hall after which the reception took place. As it was a Christian wedding, there were many rituals that were conducted during the reception.
After those rituals, there were some games like knowing their likes and dislikes and many other games that were specially planned for the bride and groom. There were many dance programs conducted on the stage. On one corner of the hall, food was arranged as buffet.
We engaged in that and also enjoyed the programs that were conducted on the stage. This was followed by the photo session. Friends and relatives of the couple got a chance to take photographs with them. We went for the same. By then, it had become 8:30pm.
We then wished the couple and returned back.
