Firstly it's our responsibility to clean our surrounding. it is not only responsibility but also duty of every citizen. if we clean our city so that our country become green and clean. if one of people of my city do not clean there surrounding them I make a punishable law because the human pollution is the main sorce of polluation which increase the global warming. there should penality for those who do not clean there city
