let \: the \: consecutive \: numbers \: be \\ x \:  \: and \:  \: x  + 1 \\  {(x + 1)}^{2}  -  {x}^{2}  = 131 \\ 2x + 1 = 131 \\ x = 65
Therefore numbers are 65 & 66
