we can never fully abolish begging since in our country it's numbers are growing day by day

but there r some ways

like increase in employment opportunities to poor people

we could give free education for their kids or for themselves and increase their knowledge and especially letting them know how important is to work then to beg

if these work in large scale then there is a ray of hope that begging can be abolished

but since India is a large country and have a great population which in tern increase the no. of beggars

hence it can't be full abolished but again it can help a looot of needy
