Centre state relation in India
In article 245-255 of part xi of constitution deal with the legislative relation between centre and state. The parliament can make rules for whole or any part of India.
There is also tension between union state and state districts.especially where these are ruled by different political parties.
Now, there is no fixed solution to improve the centre state relation but one main problem is imbalance between revenue and expenditure in regional states.So ,we can improve by maintaining the imbalance.
