Answer: Blood donation camp at school.

Explanation: Young teens have lower levels of iron stored in their body than adults, need more iron each day than adults, and are more susceptible to iron deficiency following blood donation than adults. So some schools like mine, organise a blood donation camp. Donation is a sense of social responsibility and has alot of benefits. The dangerously low blood supply levels have forced some hospitals to defer patients from major surgery, including organ transplants. Our donation is desperately needed. Young donors play an important role in helping to make sure that blood is available when and where it is needed most.Donating one pint of blood, which your body quickly replaces. As someone who is new to donating blood, schools that set blood donatons encourage everyone to focus on being a healthy blood donor. Each donor undergoes a mini-physical and confidential health history interview to make sure you’re healthy enough to donate. These schools wants to make sure we’re focusing on the health of our blood donors and the patients they help.
