The Difference is as Follows:

1) Plant cells always have cell walls while animal cells do not.

2) Plant cell have plastids (pigments used to absorb the various wavelength of light)

3) Plant cells do not have centrioles (used for the formation of spindle fibers) while animals have.

4) Plant cells have a large centralized vacuole while animal cells have a few small scattered vacuoles.

5) Plant cells do not have lysosomes, (vacuole plays the part there) while animal cells do have lysosomes.

6) In plant cells the Golgi body is scattered and is called dictyosomes while in animal cells Golgi body is present near the nucleus.
