Advantages of foreign traders are as follows:

# the consumers has more choice to buy because there were more companies
# the local traders can able to sell their products in other companies which increase their profit and the market value of their products


Disadvantages of foreign companies are as follows:
# local companies cannot able to tolerate the competition by the foreign companies
# increase in more companies lead to more choice for the consumers in there should be a offer for the products hence the foreign companies can able to put new offers but the local companies cannot do this because they cannot able to overcome the foreign companies because of their brand
