Nuclear region of bacterial cell are not well defined. This is due to absence of nuclear membrane. Bacterial cells come in category of Eukaryotes. They have non-defined nuclear region with nucleaic acid called nucleaoid.

BUT

Nuclear region of animal cell are well defined and also contain DNA and proteins. Deoxyribo nucleaic acid contains information for inheritance from parents to next generation. They contain all types of cell organelles functioning properly.
