multiply both the no. by 10 or any no. so that we get a common denominator and then you can right any value btw it
(-4/5)3=-12/15
(-2/3)5=-10/15
2 rational btw is -11/15 you can take a greater no. so can get many rational no. btw them or the scnd way is that take it in decimal form
-4/5=-0.8
-2/3=0.66
so 2 rational no. btw it is 0.67 0.68 and many more

LCM of 5 and 3 is 15

-(4*3)/(5*3) and -(2*5)/(3*5)

-12/15 and -10/15

Two rational between them are,

-11/15 =first rational number

Second ={-4/5 +(-2/3)}/2 ={-12-10/15}/2
=(-22/15)/2

-22/30
