The standard form of equation in teo variables is -

ax + by + c = 0

Therefore,

2x = 3y + 5 \\  =  > 2x - 3y - 5 = 0 \\  =  > 2x + ( - 3y) + ( - 5) = 0

Where,

a = 2 \\ b =  - 3 \\ c =  - 5

the standard form of equations in two variable are...
ax+by+c=0...
2x=3y+5
2x-3y-5=0....
2x+(-3y)+(-5)=0...
where a=2
b= -3
c=-5..
