Everyone take care of their bodies by their own way. There are more then 3 ways. I will tell 3 important ways :-
1) Walk everyday in park during morning time.
2) Do all sorts of exercise that you can and what you cant practice them and try.
3) Eat food which have less oil mixture. In other words eat healthy food.
