you have missed a number after 3log_.
I think it should be 3log2.

3 log2 - 2 log3       
= log 2³ - log 3²       (a logb = log (b^a))
=log(2³/3²)               (log a - log b = log(a/b)
=log(8/9)

It should be 3log 2
then, 3log 2-2log 3
= log 2^3-log 3^2
= log 8-log 9
=log8/9
