Hey,

3x+2y=18

2y=18-3x

y=-3x/2 + 9 its in the form of y=mx+c

m=-3/2 and c=9

Yes by putting the pt(4,3)

We get

3=-3(4)/2 +9

3=-6+3 its true so point lies on the linear equation
