1. Have lot's of family time
2. development of new hobbies
3. learning small things doing in home
4. Being able to feel the importance of freedom
5. Do whatever you had plan to do when you were busy.

Disadvantages:

1. Causal family arugments
2. distubed body clock
3. Feeling like claustrophobic
4. Can't able to communicate properly with friends.
5. Online classes / work from home sucks.
