Organised: The sector in which the employnent terms are fixed and employees have assured work is Organised Sector.

Unorganised: The sector that comprises of small scale enterprises or units and are not registered with the government.

Organised: These are governed by various acts like Factories act, Bonus Act, PF Act, Minimum wages act,etc.

Unorganised: These are not governed by any act.

Organised: Government rules are strictly followed.

Unorganised: Government rules are not followed.

Organised: Working hours are fixed.

Unorganised: Working hours are not fixed.

Organised: Job security is there.

Unorganised: Job security is not there.
