1. Moon is the only natural satellite of the Earth which is permanent in the solar system.
2. The Earth's is 30 times the diameter of the Moon.  
3. On the moon's surface, the water cannot persist but when it is exposed by solar radiation, photodissociation occurs.
4. In moon, the gravitational field is be measured by the “Doppler shift” of radio signals.
5. This can be done by tracking the Doppler shift emitted by “Orbiting spacecraft”.
