1. solids have definite shape but liquids and gases do not have definite shape.
2. intermolecular forces of attraction are more in solids ,less in liquids and least in gases.
3.solids resist shear force whereas liquids and gases don't.
4.solids have low compressibility than liquids and gases.
5.distance between molecules of solids is very less than liquids and gases.

solid
less intermolecular space.
molecules are tightly packed
has fixed shape
has fixed size
intermolecular attraction is more
liquid
more intermolecular space compared to solid
molecules are less tightly packed
doesn't has fixed shape
has fixed volume
intermolecular attraction is less
gas
least intermolecular space
molecules are very less tightly packed
no fixed shape
no fixed volume
intermolecular attraction is least

pehu2: hope it helps
