Advantage -:

1) SUPW aims to help develop among the students the habit to work as a community, encourage community thinking, increase awareness of scientific advancements and develop a scientific outlook.

2) it comprises of many activities that children can enjoy beside learning something from them. It promotes cultural and creativity in school children by activities that include pottery, clay modeling, rangoli, paper binding etc.

3) they learn to work together as a team.

4) students learn skills

Disadvantage -:

1) Time management and commitments

2) Conscious or unconscious denial of priorities

3) Too many schedules in short time

4) Extra expenses in the schedule

5) Tiredness and frustration
