In chemistry, a reactivity series (or activity series) is an empirical, calculated, and structurally analytical progression of a series of metals , arranged by their "reactivity" from highest to lowest It is used to summarize information about the reactions with acid bases, etc. reactivity series is very helpful while judging the nature of matal. hydrogen is an exception being a non metal it is in the reactivity series .

>> Reactivity Series :- The metals in order of their reactivity , from most reactive down to least reactive metals , then we get the list of Reactivity Series.......

Here the Reactivity Series :-
••• Potassium( K). ^ Most Reactive
•••Sodium (Na). ^
•••Calcium (Ca). ^
•••Magnesium (Mg). ^
•••Aluminium (Al). ^
•••Carbon (C). ^
•••Zinc (Zn). ^
•••Iron (Fe). ^
•••Lead ( Pb). ^
•••Hydrogen (H). ^
•••Copper (Cu). ^
•••Silver (Ag). ^
•••Gold (Au). ^Least Reactive

•••Notes :-
>> The most reactive metal is cesium. Cesium reacts explosively with water......
>> Sodium is Highly Reactive In Nature......
>> Gold is not very reactive. It does not combine with oxygen or dissolve in most acids.....
