now, we have tecnologies such as helecopters so that we can fly to the location if we need it, like if there is an island or a dense rainforest. We also have very powerful boats to navigate the underwater teretories, and considering many newer boats, cars, planes, ect., now have a navigation system, so we can go just about anywhere on this planet with the right recources, utilites, and people. Though oftentimes now, we don't need people. We have drones or robots to navigate the terrain to see if it is safe or not. Though these drones are not often used in goverment searches, we still can use them if we want to search inside caves or a dense forest.
