Most humbly I beg to inform you that my mother was critically sick and admitted in hospital for diagnosis and treatment. There was no other person in my family except me to take care of her in the hospital. So, I was unable to attend my classes for 20 days.
Therefore, I earnestly request you to grant me 20 days leave of absence, from 3rd to 22nd November 2019.
I shall remain ever grateful to you for your kind and sympathetic consideration of my request.
