How to send a complaint letter to Bank in the case of sudden loss of amount through automated teller machines?
You are reaching one automated teller machine
You insert your debit card and you key in your personal identification number correctly
The machine responds and it advises you to key in your requirements
You are willing to withdraw Rs. 20000/00 from the automated teller machine and you are keying in the details and click the button - enter
The machine starts generating currency notes to be delivered to you.
Alas you are not receiving the amount
You get a message in your mobile phone as if your account has been debited with Rs. 20000.00
You are in great trouble. You are in doubt as to whether you will get back your money
Solution:
Immediately you have to send a complaint letter either in person or through email to your branch stating the reasons and other details.
In case of non dispensing with cash to the customer, there will be entries in the system and the branch will verify the records and refund the amount to you and it may take seven days to ten days.
I provide you a format herebelow and make use of the format and fill up the details and send the letter immediately to your branch:
