Dear Sir,

It is stated that I (Your name), student of (Subject and degree Name), Morning/Evening Program. (Describe in your words). I am writing to request for change of my class from evening to morning (or morning to evening) because I belong to (Resident address name) and want to stay in University Hostel (Or accommodation). I am still on merit in the morning/evening shift, but due to some personal circumstances, I am not able to study in the morning/evening shift. (Describe your actual problem and situation).
