Subject: Request to postpone the annual examination by a

fortnight.

 

Respected Sir,

              

As you know, this year a new syllabus has been introduced in our schools. Four

more lessons have been added in all the subjects. It is not possible for the

teachers to cover so much of content within a short period. It is very

stressful for the students as well.

If we try to complete the entire syllabus within a limited time it may have a

negative impact on the performance of the students in the examinations. Therefore,

I humbly request you to postpone the annual examination for a fortnight. I

shall be very grateful to you for this favour.
