Sir

I am ABC of class 12th C. I would like to bring in your kind notice, that I was unable to attend the school because of the unexpected serious condition of my Grandmother. According to the doctors, She was needing complete rest and immediate care. 

I wasn't able to attend the school from 29 August 2017 to 3rd September 2017. Please grant me the leave for above mentioned dates.
