A joint family system is a system in which many family members live together. This system is better in some ways like, it makes us social and we interact with the family members easily. It strengthens the bonding between families as all live together which can't be seen in nuclear families. A child can share his/her emotions more openly and can confide in any one of the family member. Then the child also has good upbringing and gain different values from different people. In a nuclear family it is almost impossible that a child has company or any of his family members to play with but that is completely opposite in joint family as there could be many children of the same age that can play/work together. If one has good communication with the extended family, all the members can protect and provide strength to the one in need. Hence living in a joint family has its own benefits.
