A Sales Professional leads a busy and hectic life. Nevertheless, I think if we are honest with ourselves then we’d have to admit that time does get wasted.
So let's look at a few ways that we can buy back some of that wasted time and energy and give it to more important areas or pursuits. Here are five things that can put you back in the pilot’s seat.
1. Keep A Daily To-Do List – I always number the list by the importance of a task and start with the hard ones first. Also, when finished with a task make sure you mark off of check off when you’ve completed it. There can be a lot of satisfaction derived from a list of lined through items. If you didn’t finish a certain task then move it to the next day and give it a high priority for that next day.
2. Synchronize Your Calendars – With your phone calendar, your outlook calendar, your desk calendar, who knows what you might miss. Why risk it. Most calendars allow you to synchronize them or you can find apps for that.
3. Write An “Action Plan” – Do you have a big project coming up that is going to take some time? An Action Plan can help break down the steps involved and the times it’s going to take to complete each step.
4. First Things Come First – It’s easy to find time for things you love doing. So that is why its so important to get the heavy things out of the way first. An added benefit will be that you’ll feel better doing those “fun” things knowing that you cleared your plate of the “yucky” stuff.
hope it helps!
plz thanks
