Answer:-
In India, the business of begging is the main problem ....
While traveling from Lucknow to Kolkata, the train stopped at Siwan station. Then one of my volunteer friends noticed that a poor woman is urging people with help from a small child .... Her daughter was unwell ... My friend took a note of 500 rupees from her pocket and put it in her bowl .... Then asked her what does your husband do ?? ... the woman told her helpless that her husband Handicapped ... ... Sandur and Bindia on her forehead were confirming that she was married to Hindu ... some of my friends removed some 50-100 rupees from her pocket and in her bowl Put me in The tru asked him for his name ... his moha suddenly came out "Shireen" (Muslim name) .. We all started looking at each other's faces ... Then my friends became very angry ... said that if you If a Hindu does not pretend to be a woman then do not we beg you ?? ... the woman said 3-4 lines ... My name was Urmila ... My father's pan masala is the wholesale trade of tobacco ... I got married by hiding from a boy named Afroz ... My name was Shirin from Urmila .. 3 months later Afroj part went .. I searched for work but the eyes of the people lived more than my work. That is why it is the best job ..... ... I have left the religion but I am still a Hindu with heart ... after one of them became a man-in-waiting question remained incomplete ...
A second aspect of begging is very frightening ... many mafia gangs are active in this work .... This is done by kidnapping thousands of innocent children and making them crippled ... this is not the same age of teenage age The girls are swanked in prostitution fire .... This business belongs to hundreds of millions of rupees .... Local police officers, political leaders have also been found involved in this abominable task ... come one According to the stringent kidnapped 45,000 girls and 22,000 children annually in India .... who does not know .... do not let these become so Bhikshavritti blast and fire Veshyavritti from .....
One of the reasons for this business to grow is also that it is very simple that it has to be reduced to hard work. It fulfills this completely, Madhur Bhandarkar ji that movie "Traffic Signal". Today's beggar is ready to do anything to beg. That goes to the ATM, and also fills the INCOME TAX. .
You hear the word "Deed baba" in the name of Allah in the railway station, bus stop or in the market, when you look at it, then you repeat this sentence repeatedly for some beggar bins, a bowl of utensils etc., etc. Children, old people, young people, disabled are included. Even the ladies are involved in this business. Bhikshavatra is a social evil. Now this incurable is becoming serious disease. Due to this, India at the international level has been called the "Land of beggars". It is a matter of fact that the part of a large section of India is of beggars, which means Bhikhamango. Even though the Vedic is going on for a beggar in India, it was meant for alms or donation at that time. Begging today has become a type of business or business has become a business of beggars earning in the day and have fun at night. Some gangs are also begging. They kidnap the child and beg for them and have fun with their money. If the children do not beg, then they are beaten. The children are begged by kidnapping and making them disabled. The beggars do not even fail to commit a small crime. You say that in our country, this problem has taken a vivid form.
Begging today has become a hi-tech business. This business is a business without capital. It earns money without money. Some of its basic reasons are unemployment, poverty, natural disaster, population welfare (population increase jehad), urbanization etc. Today, news of hunger is coming out in our country today. Which are stigma for India When a person is hungry, he forgets his self-esteem to erase his hunger and begs to begged.
Although the government has declared it a legal offense, the incurable disease is increasing day by day. The number of beggars is increasing day by day. The situation has worsened so much that at the international level there is a function organized, then the place where it is going to be held, the beggars have to be removed from the force. The proof of this is that in the 2010 Commonwealth Games played in Delhi. From there, the beggars were removed with force by force so that the image of India should not be damaged. According to one estimate, today at least 3000 crores of rupees are given in the beggars in India and given it. Similarly, The nature of a very big business in the country has been completed

                                  Begging Problem and Solutions

Begging, like many other problems is peculiarly a typical Indian problem. One will find beggars almost anywhere. However, at places of religious importance, touristic importance, and at traffic lights, beggars abound annoyingly. These beggars often make one feel bad. Their presence in the country reminds us constantly about the millions of poor people who have to beg for their survival.

The Government at the state and central levels must make schemes to help these beggars. People and welfare organizations must also contribute in rehabilitating these impoverished people. In order to discourage begging, it should be banned. The people should also stop giving alms to the beggars.

We must not discard beggars as useless people; we should rather help them become self-reliant in earning a decent livelihood for themselves.
