Many hands and machines worked on me and gave me a shape in the factory until finally I was ready to be showcased on 13th December 2011. I am a pair of Nike shoes. As soon as I was born I was neatly packed in a box and sent to a shop named Elite in New Market in Calcutta.

I was the most handsome and expensive pair in the rack. The ladies' footwear used to eye me and talk about me. No one could buy me because I was very expensive. One day a superstar came and bought me. He used to wear me to all the parties. I must say he was the best dancer in the city. I loved dancing along with the ladies' footwear. But one day while drinking coffee he mistakenly spilt some on me. Just then he wiped me sure, but since then he just left me on his shoe rack. After that he never put me on.

Finally one day he got rid of all his used but not old shoes and I was one of them. This time I was given away to one ordinary man who used to wear me everywhere - to his office, gym, shops… He did not have any other pair so he always walked with me even on dirty roads and mud puddles but unfortunately he never danced! One day I was torn apart and my stitches opened up. He went to the cobbler to mend me. But he said "These shoes cannot be repaired any more". So he had no other choice but throw me away and so he did. After many days a beggar picked me up and somehow managed to put me together with strings. I did not want to stay with him. But he might not have thought like me.

He always treated me with love and care. And I think he loves me for the sake of me. So he still wears me though I look extremely worn out.

Answer:

Mark me as brainlist now please

Explanation:

“I was born in a very sophisticated hi-tech facility. My creator took a great care of me. He ensured that my size, shape and colour were perfect. I resembled like my younger and older siblings. That gave me my family. My friends looked different yet as beautiful as me. Everyone generally had a family of different sizes. I was packed with great care and love, and transported to a new city.

At the shop, a giant shopping mart, I was scared at first. I met a lot of strange things I never knew. I quickly adapted to feel that I also belonged there. I made new friends and started socializing. They gave me tour to the shopping mall and shared their experience. I was excited. I met few that looked very similar to me but with a lower price tag, probably from another creator. The world looks at the outer beauty first these days, rather than the inner qualities. A shoe is a shoe. The thought disheartened me.

“Where are Woodlands shoes displayed?”, I heard a strong voice from the corner and it brighten my face. There are people who recognizes importance of quality product. I started singing and my siblings joined me. The whole rack glowed with our smiles.

I saw this well built guy approaching towards us, with office bag at his back; probably he might have come here directly from his office. So he seems to be a serious buyer. He picked up one of my friend who was of my age. That fitted him well. I liked it too. Then he picked me and my couple of friends. He narrowed down on me and my best friend. I was happy that we were the chosen ones.

I gave a broad smile showing my teeth when he clicked us with his mobile phone and sent our images to his wife, to get an opinion. They both chose me and soon I was in his shopping cart! I bid-adieu to my family and friends and hoped for a great journey ahead. The unchartered territory and unknown future worried me a bit but then optimism took all over me. I trusted myself and moments later started jumping in joy to see the world!

I met my long old friend in a shoe rack, he was taken good care. Kiddo at the house was amused to see me and it made me feel at home.

My new owner takes me to his office, the place is now familiar to me. I meet so many new friends in the local train everyday morning. I mingle with them. I go to restaurants on Fridays. I got to see tall buildings, beautiful architectures, fountains and colourful garden. Human beings are amazing with unlimited potential!

My creator always told me to go with the flow. Do the best. Give love and get it back. Never be static, keep moving and make friends as you move along. . , sometimes I feel cold inside a Mall. Once I got wet and I guess I like rains too!”
