In the given reaction, NaCl with H2O makes salt water or bine. CO2 is Carbon dioxide and NH3 is ammonia. NaHCO3 is baking soda or sodium hydrogen carbonate obtained in precipitate form. NH4Cl is ammonium chloride obtained as liquid.
The method is called Solvay process. The Solvay process is used industrially for production of baking soda.
In the process, salt water or brine is passed through bubbling ammonia and the product is passed through bubbling carbon dioxide. The product i.e. baking soda precipitates.
