Well if we do anything over the limit, it's probably bad for us. If we do it under limit, I don't think it's a major concern for anyone. So I will limit my answer to the Over usage of mobile phones. It may lead to the following problems :-

1- If you use the phone very late at night it may cause insomnia.

2- addiction from the phone itself is a very big problem.

3- Isolation from freinds and family because the person is always going to be busy in their phones.

4- potential damage to eyes because of the late night usage.

5- potential cause of infection as the touch screen of our phones may be having millions of microbes on it, and using it while eating may lead to infection.

Some people may also argue about the electromagnetic radiation being released from our phones, but I think most of the major phone manufacturers (Samsung, Apple etc) limit the exposure in a way that it cannot cause health problems.
