( your name ) a student of class X feels highly privileged to share this Dias with such a knowledgeable audience to Express my Views about one of the most important topics - "Science and technology"

↪ The World today is highly advancing and progressing day by day . Today's time is correctly referred to as the Modern Era. Thanks to the everyday development and advancements in Science and technology that has contributed in making life to comforting and feasible . Man has from the very beginning been so curious to know about his surroundings ever since he came into existence . Science has been helping Us to learn and convey his knowledge and understanding of nature .

↪Now as I am addressing you about Science , let's first talk about its meaning only . This word Science has originated from a Latin Word 'Scientia' which means to 'to know ' . Hence this Science is a Systematic attempt to understand the world in which we live in as much depth as possible and to use the knowledge so acquired to control and modify phenomena accordingly .

↪It is difficult today to imagine our life without these gadgets and gizmos . Even a lad of five used these on a daily basis . Most of our day to day work depends on these technologies . All these are the gifts of science to mankind . Computers ; the demand of the modem era , today work in any field would seem to be impossible without the use of a computer . Ranging from offices to schools , hospitals , libraries and almost all places of work use it for convenience .

↪Furthur, Science and new Technologies have lead to great advancements in Research . Thanks to the painstaking researchers , it's because of their hard work that we are enjoying these numerous gifts of Science . The biggest gift is the development of new medications . Owing to the fact , life expectancy of people has tremendously increased over years .

↪Life Saving drugs like Cisplatin and Taxol for Cancer therapy and AZT ( Azidothymidine) is used for helping AIDS victims are the biggest life saving contributions of Science.

↪In spite of such advancements , still there is scope and some main challenges for the future generations.The further advancements in this field are totally based on the investment of Human Capital . A Developing country like India truly looks forward to Such developments in the coming future !

↪Science and Technology are essential to most of our everyday life, at least for most of us, that is. With computers, phones, and other gadgets, we have reached the unthinkable. There are places where it is required to have a computer with you. For example, Science Leadership Academic students receive a school issued laptop at the beginning of their school year in order to help them throughout the year. This is just one of the way technology is being used.

↪Science and Technology have rapidly evolve in the past few decades. Within a span of a few years technology has reached numerous accomplishments. Recently, scientists have worked together to create Smart dust. In a CNN article it is stated that Smart dust "would monitor everything ,acting like electronic nerve endings for the planet." This is just one of the few technologies that are being thought up and brought to life throughoutthe world.

↪Development whether it is human development or country development, is linked to the proper growth and development of the technology in many ways. Technological advancement happens when there become new inventions in the science by highly skilled and professional scientists. We can say that technology, science and development are equally proportional to each other.

↪Development is the science and technology is very necessary for the people of any nation to go hand in hand together by the people of other countries. Development of the science and technology depends on the analysis and proper understanding of facts. Development of technology depends on the way of application of various scientific knowledge in right direction.
