Write a brief note on C in this chain
Answers
Answer:
Figure 5 depicts of this pic depicts 4 different markets which are quite well connected to each other and one leads to the other. What this means is each market from the top is dependant on the subsequent market and Market D must be the final destination.
Let's takes an example wherein A is the manufacturer of a product and once the goods are produced, it is then sent to the Distributor which in this case is B. Once the goods arrive here, the distributor will then get the goods transferred to the individual retail outlets which is C and from where the end consumer buys the product for their own consumption which is D.
Summarising the above as below -
A - Manufacturer of the goods
B - From the manufacturer's end, the goods come to the Distributor
C - Distributor transfers the goods basis demand to the retail outlets
D - Retail outlets sell those products to the end consumer.
Getting into further details on 'C', it is that channel in the value chain, wherein the dependency is the highest since goods are sold basis relationship and the demand in the respective outlets and thus the role played by this chain holds paramount importance. All the experience about the product is best analysed in this chain itself.
