Child education was a serious issue for the Lilliputians. According to them, education was the responsibility of the government, not the parents. There were different schools for people belonging to different class or status. Schools for children from noble families were quite simple, but they were trained in high ideals like honour, justice, courage, modesty, kindness, religion and patriotism.
They were taught these virtues up to the age of twenty. Parents were only allowed to visit their children twice a year for a duration of only an hour. The children were provided plain and simple cloths and food.
At last we can say that rules for education in Lilliput was very strong.
