The cell membrane (also known as the plasma membrane or cytoplasmic membrane, and historically referred to as the plasmalemma) is a biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment (the extracellular space). It consists of a lipid bilayer with embedded proteins.
NUCLEUS
a nucleus is a membrane enclosed membrane found in a eukaryotic cells.

hey mate!! here is ur ans is......
PLASMA MEMBRANE: THE PLASMA MEMBRANE IS COMPOSED OF THE PHOSPHOLIPID BILAYER AND SERVERL PROTIENS embedded in it(at least according to the Fluid Mosaic Model by G. L. Nicholson and S. J. Singer). The plasma membrane is located on the outer boundary of the cell, and it regulates substances going in and out of the cell.
Basically, the plasma membrane acts as the gatekeeper of the cell.
NUCLEUS: Nucleus is located at the centre of the atom contain protons and neutrons proton contain positive charge and you don't contain zero chance that is no charge, And electrons move around the nucleus contain negative charge.
hope it's help!!
