Abel Merryweather:- Abel Merryweather is an old man from the story "The Dear Departed" . He is a father who loves his daughters but doesnt like betrayal. Though he was to be dead , he shows some "attitude" by giving a smile and saying "That was not true" when he discovered it. He is also that kind of a man who is demanding and mildly impolite. (judging from his behaviour when he came downstairs and sat down).(72 words till here). He welcomed his daughter and his son-in-law as they visited his daughter Amelia's house. He could've also been a bit forgetful since he forgot to pay his premium (refering to the place where victoria said "Mother i dont think he went to pay his premium this morning" and the ending where he also mentions that he will pay his premium and get married and alters his will about inheritance). he has is calm guy.
He also said "mark this answer brainliest" because he is a very good guy and sice he is bigger than you , better do what he says or u may get fat.(kidding) (but please mark it brainliest)
