EXTREMELY PATIENT: All the experiences of Helen make it apparent that Anne Sullivan is extremely patient. She always helped Helen in everything. Whether it was during her lessons at Radcliffe or anything else, Anne always proved to be useful to Helen.
LOVER OF NATURE: Anne was herself an appreciator of nature and she transformed Helen into one too. Whether it was giving lessons on geography or telling Helen about the sun, the blooming of flowers etc. Anne always tried to instill in little Helen, love for nature.
PARTIALLY BLIND: Anne herself was partially blind and because of two operations, she had gone through, she could read normal text for a short period. Being partially blind, Anne could empathize with Helen.
LOVING: Anne is loving towards Helen and her Midas touch brought mammoth changes in little Helen. Anne lovingly gave 50 years of her life for Helen!
