Duma

The Russian Name for the parilament before the revolution .The Duma was elected consuultative Parliament set up after the Revolution of 1905. Establishment of Duma made Russia a constitutional monarchy. Duma was finally suspended on February 25, 1917

Libral

The liberals , mostly the capitalists, were against the Tsarist monarchy; they wanted to overthrow it ,which they did in February ,1917 . They themselves were overthrown in October, 1917
