Subject : poor quality and defective books supplied

I had placed an order for books to your company and had received it yesterday.i was surprised to see that I have received defective books with torn and missing pages.i was very disappointed by your service .even though we were your regular customers you had made no arrangements to look into the ordered books.

I wood like to get the replacement of the defective books with better quality by next Monday.i would like you to make a list of the mistakes hat had occurred.please make sure such mistakes are not repeated.
