Sir,

I am Mrs Mudgul, a customer of Fast Courier Company. I had sent a package from your company on 1 August, 2020.

I am disappointed with the fact that the package hasn't been delivered yet. The expected delivery date was 10 August, 2020.

My repeated complaints to the outlet have gone in vain and hence I expect an immediate response on the issue. Otherwise, I will have to put a complaint in the consumer forum.

The order number is B2392JK. Looking forward to a positive reply.
