I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile laptop that I have purchased in your store. I am a regular customer of your company. On the 30th of May, I bought a brand new XYZ-N03 laptop. However, upon one week of using it, several problems started to appear.
The flash of the camera is not working properly. When I try to write a text message, the system either crashes or switches into Chinese and does not recognize the words. Also, I am getting a lot of heating issues, even after using the set for only 10 minutes, it starts getting heated up.
For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. Looking forward to your immediate response.
