Respected Hotel Manager,
I would like to convey to you that, Me and my family has a stay at your hotel '<name of hotel>' from <date> to <date>. The experience at your hotel was not up to expectations, it was not satisfactory.
Getting closer to it, the most dissapointing thing about the hotel is the Staff. The staff treat the customers rudely, not just me, I have observed many other stayers complain about it as well. Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the hotels arent maintained. The accomadations stated that the quality of cleanlinness at hotels would be maintained. The food to be provided (mentioned in the welcoming page of your hotel) to the customers has not been provided, and the provided food is made poorly. Since th services that had to provided hav not been provided, through calculations a sum of <sum of money> has to be returned. Therfore, you're in breach of contact.
Therefore, I ask you to improve the standard of your hotel, since the Hotel is rated as a 5-star hotel, and the hotel doesnt seem to be close to being one. The rating have gone down to 3-stars as the standards are not being met for. I would be more than happy to know if the staff will behave in a friendly and Kind manner, so the customers can make themselves feel home. I request you to respond to this letter within 10 days.
