It is to bring to your notice that yesterday when I visited the mall, the parking attendant went very rude with me for a petty issue.

I tried to make things normal but he was not ready to tone down his voice.

Such type of behavior is not at all acceptable on the part of visitors.

I would request you take some strict action against the parking attendant.

Dear Sir,

This is in with reference to subject citied above, I would like to bring to your kind information that day before yesterday when I visited ABC mall to purchase some essential goods the parking attended Mr.XYZ misbehaved with me because of no reason.

I humbly requested him to lower down his voice but he didn't and continuously talking very rudely and inappropriately.

I sincerely request your good self to take some appropriate step against him as the same behavior might be happen with other valuable Customer's also.
