Subject: Replacement of a defective T.V.
Sir,
On 20th Nov, 2020, a colour T.V. of VIP and 'colour fast' model had been purchased from your shop. It was purchased with a warranty of 2 years. The T.V. gave a trouble- free service only for 3 months. But now it has become a great irritant in the house. It doesn't give a satisfactory reception. The picture gets blurred every now and then. Sometimes the images overlap one another. Even the sound system seems to be defective. The T.V. starts producing a jarring and irritating sound when the volume of the sound system is increased.
We have sent the reminders to you to send your service-engineer to check the defects and set the T.V. in order. One T.V. mechanic examined it and advised me to get it replaced by a new one. It seems that I am left with no other alternatives than getting the defective T.V. replaced ad it is well within the warranty period. I look forward to getting the set replaced as you had promised you would, if any fault occurred in the guarantee period.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
With respect
