I received delivery of my order ID: 12345678 on April 23. The package contained 100 pieces aluminum pipes of 30 mm diameter. However, what I ordered were 100 pieces aluminum rods of 30 mm diameter. I have attached the unpacking video of the consignment and also a copy of my order receipt for your reference.
Kindly do the needful to take the wrong item delivered and replace with the correct item as early as possible.
