Reg: Received goods that are different from what was ordered.

I received delivery of my order ID: 12345678 on April 23. The package contained 100 pieces aluminum pipes of 30 mm diameter. However, what I ordered were 100 pieces aluminum rods of 30 mm diameter. I have attached the unpacking video of the consignment and also a copy of my order receipt for your reference.

Kindly do the needful to take the wrong item delivered and replace with the correct item as early as possible.

I ordered some aluminium lengths from your shop last week. My order ID is 123456. When i received your order today, i noticed that the size of aluminium sections are different from what i ordered. I had received lengths of 30, 70 and 100 cm  sections while i ordered lengths of 30,50 and 100. Kindly send me correct sizes and manage to pick the wrong ones  

I am sending a copy of purchase card and bill along with this letter.
