My name is -------- . I am writing this letter to place a complaint . On Nov 8 we ordered some groceries through home delivery from your shop . but we got many other items like pencils,notebooks,toys and all. I hope your delivery boy was wrong. After that we inform it yesterday itself and we got our own groceries then when I was checking the bill the calculation was wrong . I am so disappointed on this behaviour. we are a regular costumer . we don't wanted to have this behaviour not only for us others too. that's we are writting this letter we don't want this situation again .
