Subject: Complaining about the misbehaviour at school

Sir/Madam,

I am the senior prefect of high school and this is to inform you that the students of class X have been behaving in an unacceptable way and your attention is required.

Some of the students have been spotted using abusive languages. Some are also indulging in bullying other students. The overall ambience of the school has deteriorated because of this class.

I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter and take necessary actions as soon as possible. We are waiting for your response.
